Complimentary standard shipping on all orders in Ukraine. For other countries the delivery is calculated at checkout.

Other countries except Russian Federation and Belarus

Up to 30 business days (Nova Poshta Global)

Shipping outside Ukraine does not include duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply upon delivery.

Please note that during high season and sale, delivery time may be affected. All orders are fully traceable.

Easy Returns:

Returns within 14 days of the ship date.

If the order is refused at delivery, you will be responsible for any shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred in the item’s return. Accordingly, any incurred cost will automatically be deducted from your refund.

All items being returned must be in the original condition

Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed, once the item has returned to our warehouse.
